Got it for work/play. It runs great. Just wish it had more hard drive space. IT runs smooth and fast. I love it. Burns through the battery in about 1.5 hours playing heavy games. When doing regular stuff, I get about 4 hours. Def a desktop replacement. Lately is been helping me bring managed democracy to Malevolent Creek.

Laptop is fantastic overall. Great temps and value for GPU you are getting. Build quality is great, but the style might not be for everyone if you want something that is more sleek

the Lenovo Legion 5 is one of the best-value mid-tier laptops of this generation, and a recommendation in this 3060 configuration over here in Europe where it’s also very aggressively priced. The laptop has a rugged and reliable build quality, fair inputs, IO and screen, as well as excellent performance across the board in all sorts of demanding loads and games

I love this laptop, for the price it is a POWERHOUSE, the battery doesn't last too long, but if you put it in power saving mode and turn the GPU off it lasts around 7 hours with light browser use

Amazing laptop for the price. Stays cool to the touch while playing Guild Wars 2 for hours. Only negative would be the fans are loud but I wear a headset so it doesn't bother me. The screen is better than my old Alienware. As for battery life, I keep it docked so I can't comment on that.

This is my first 16” laptop, it’s a bit bigger and heavier than I’m used to, but so far it’s been great - crisp display, quite speedy, and a nice keyboard. I’m also impressed with the expandability - it seems unusual to have two m.2 drive sockets?

I got this laptop well house sitting, wanting to game but also have a solid laptop for school and I picked the right one! Its super fast, been very reliable, one catch is the battery but it is a gaming laptop I didn't expect anything different, games work great, it even did great with VR! I would recommend this guy

Great starter for a gaming computer with good storage, nice framerate, and great graphics. I know very little about specs, GPUs, or graphics cards but it has been great for all games I've purchased so far. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this computer on the $899 Black Friday sale and so far it’s been running everything that I throw at it very perfectly. The fans are only loud for a couple seconds when you open the computer, but unless you put it under a high resource demanding task, then it should run at minimal noise. Overall, a good computer and steal at $899.

Overall a good laptop, good for most all games, I’ve had zero issues with it so far. Minor complaint is the fans are quite load when gaming, but nothing major. Would recommend to anyone looking for a not super expensive laptop that doesn’t want to sacrifice performance too much.

Best laptop for the price. Period. Yeah it's a little heavy but the thing runs basically anything I need when its plugged in. Can get choppy when unplugged, but I think that's just a power saving setting. Overall, solid purchase.

Excellent quality computer for the price I got it on sale for 899.99, runs even newer triple a games with no difficulties and runs smooth as butter. Battery only lasts 3 hours but it makes sense because this thing is a powerhouse.

Very happy with this laptop. I use it for World of Warcraft. It handles it well, I run the graphics at the highest settings and no lag. In fact was so happy with the Legion slim 5, we bought a second and will be buyinh a third so multiple people in the house can game together.

Pickup was easy. Everything was in great condition. Worked perfectly upon opening. I bought this with the intent to add more memory and disk space. Opening it up and swapping out the RAM cards and adding a 1TB memory stick was easy (there are plenty of videos on how to do this online). This laptop goes beyond all my needs and expectations and it was a purchase I would happily make again. Works perfectly with my 3rd party docking station. I still need to use the laptop's included power supply, as this thing draws a lot of power and the docking station doesn't have the capability to supply that much power. The power block that comes with this laptop is quite big, so don't expect to have an easy time finding a docking station that can also be used as a power supply. But that's not really an inconvenience.

First time since 1998 to give AMD a chance

I’ve got to say after my first AMD build back in the late 90’s to today. I’ve stuck with apple and Microsoft and Intel products. Apple hit the sweet spot for me with being able to run Windows with bootcamp. But after M1 it wasnt a reality any longer. I dont consider running windows in another app of actually running windows in my eyes. I needed a new gaming laptop, as my desktop is just to much trouble to lug around. This was on sale for $400 off. Couldnt understand why. So I said F it i’ll give it a try. If I am not happy, I always return. I decided to make this my gaming work laptop. Amazing, the battery life while just running work applications is excellent. I can get a out 6 hours out of my omicron, and doble software. Gaming its not the top of the line rtx. But I have no complaints. Genshin Impact, Final Fantasy XIV. Its not a beast by far but for the price. It’s an excwllent choice. AMD has impressed me this go round. Maybe my next desktop I build will be AMD.

Laptop is able to handle heavy powered gameplay and is a nice decent size. The side number keypad is a plus to mimick a full size keyboard. Storage and processing speed makes running on my applications smooth. Got the laptop on sale and no regrets.

I've been using the computer for a year now and can say is great quality and very sturdy. It doesn't feel much as a portable computer and I've used it mostly at home for remote work. I only have one complain with the Lenovo vantage software, that makes my internet drop while playing games.

Works like a charm, especially with 2 GPU's for gaming and office work. The 4060 is cheap but very good. Running heavy graphical games are easy. Office work and other work/job related stuff is done in seconds of clicking enter
