Without power, it's an expensive coaster

I stupidly replaced the power cord/adapter for $145 because otherwise, how would I know it wasn't that - and it still won't charge. Gee, do I pay more $$$ to get it fixed or just never by Lenovo again ... we'll see.

Sent back to lenovo and waited 2 weeks. Came back and the camera and microphone dont work. All told it was an excellent condition shell was trashed internals. Cant return it now because it has been at lenovo for repairs since purchase. I would avoid these listings or sales in the future. I paid full price for a used excellent machine and received a poor one at the same price. Best buy management could have cared less when i called repeatedly. Save yourself the hassle and buy straight from the manufacturer. At least youll get some help purchasing new.

DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX

I bought an open box “eXcElLeNt CoNdItIoN” version of this and immediately when I open the box the frame of the computer is scuff and slightly bent AND the dang display doesn’t even turn on! This is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to label it excellent condition make sure it freaking turns on and actually works and that it doesn’t have any scuffs. I would buy open box again MAYBE if I would have got it in store and not one shipped to my house where the people at the warehouse just repackage it after someone returns it and don’t even inspect the dang thing.

Problems with the Display Monitor

Speakers are broken

I absolutely love the RGB keyboard options. The display looks great. It's bright, colorful and crisp. Speaker quality is good but definitely has room for improvement. Not a huge issue for me as I will mostly be using headphones.
