    Best look elsewhere

Worked fine until it gave a fan error about 11 months after purchase. A few startups after that, and it directly wouldn't boot (B1 Library Initialize Error). The motherboard/BIOS had a defect so I had to send it in and they fixed it because it was under warranty (supposedly they replaced it). Per the techs it was a common/known error. 2 years later: SAME exact error (fan error and then a few startups later) and since the warranty is expired, they won't fix it unless I pay for the repair. I cannibalized the salvageable parts, threw the rest in the trash and have built a new PC. No more prefabs and no Lenovo brand EVER. Worst purchase/mistake I could make.

I really liked the pc at first…but the motherboard went bad after a year and almost coincidentally a week after the warranty expired it really sucks to have that be the case and I will not be buying another Lenovo PC/desktop.

probably one of the best prebuilts out there

I was really skeptical about buying a prebuilt but i kind of had to because a lot of the parts i wanted were expensive or out of stock so my friend recommeded this prebuilt to me and i took a look at it. I was originally going to get a gaming laptop but my friend saved me from that mess and I ended up buying this pre built and I have to say, I was really impressed. This pc is really smooth and I havent really had any problems with it so I can sah that I don’t regret this decision at all and if your new to pcs and stuff, I would def recommend getting this prebuilt, if you don’t really wanna build your own pc.

Was a good gaming pc. Unfortunately Lenova put in a faulty BIOS that has failed and left everyone on their own with it. Not worth spending the money on it for it to just fail and Lenova wont do anything about it.

    Too much issue

My fiance has baught this for me on Christmas. Everything was running smoothly at first on Feb, I noticed that my audio was muted. No sounds at all. I have tried to follow all the steps and I even restored. I ended up Factory reset. After that my Ethernet connection keeps dropping. I changed modem and even changed internet service becuase I thought it was a ISP issue. Lenovo customer service is not good. I still keep getting the run around and it is very upsetting. Up until now I am still wating to get it fixed.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer, model number 90RB001LUS. The issue you describe may be software-based. This Legion Tower 5 ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System installed. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11, this would include any legacy software/games you have installed from an old computer. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support for additional help. Let the Legion Gaming Expert you talk with know about the troubleshooting steps you have already taken at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

Great PC but annoying issue and terrible support!

So I bought this PC around 2 weeks ago and everything about it is pretty much great. But I have an issue where my in game mic doesn't work yet my Discord works perfectly fine. I've tried everything that I have been able to learn from YouTube and friends to fix it. The Lenovo customer support was horrendous an agent asked to verify personal information then disconnected . The support over the phone was terrible as well. The PC is great put this issue has made its way to be a One Star because I like to play cross-play with friends that are on console and I can't talk to them. And it lately started disconnecting my keyboard, mouse, and headset randomly. It's very unfortunate and hopefully I can fix this asap.

Was amazing!! ...Until the motherboard died.

Loved this PC to death until pretty much just that happened. Only SIX MONTHS after I purchased it, the motherboard went out. I looked around and I'm pretty sure Lenovo put a bad BIOs on this thing. It won't go past the BIOs screen now, it says there's a fan failure (there isn't, they work just fine), and the date keeps getting reset to 05/05/0505 and will not take to the correct date I manually change it to. What a joke. They could have given me a pop-up and warned me if the BIOs needed an update or something. I saw some people on forums and Reddit say that the SAME thing happed to them and it was the BIOs. Never buying from Lenovo again.
