In so much regret buying this sorry excuse for a "gaming" pc struggles to run some games crashes, support claims to be "software issues" , pc was bugging out need to factory reset like a good 2-3 times just to fix the issue for a couple days before a new issue happened, its like a new issue happens every other day , contact lenovo support to help but so clueless cant figure out what causes their own product to have issues I would explain to them the issues it has and they're like what? "i dont see any issues with it or i cant seem to figure it out let me transfer you to another agent" still cant figure it out either, had it blue screen on me , save your money and save yourself a headache. REGRET buying this pc cant even return it or anything im screwed payed almost 1k for this?? crazy. Never ever getting another lenovo product ever again.

Plugged my monitor in to the card and it started to beep and then stopped nothing popped on the screen taking it in today not happy spend a ton of money for more problems

I had problems with the operating system right off the bat. I tried everything I could including on the phone with support. It was trouble shot as a bad motherboard by the tech from Lenovo. He offered to have someone come out and change it but I was not interested in major surgery on my CPU the day after I bought it. I had to return it because when I buy a new product I expect it to work like a new product, short of small issues that can be resolved. Overall the computer itself was nice but I could not prevent the computer from crashing out of no where.

I purchased from BB so I could get geek squad. None in stock so we ordered and the day it came we opened its, plugged all in and.....NOTHING!?! I felt so bad for him. Contacted geek and they said to get label and ship back to company or drag it into store to order replacement?? Brand New computer. When I looked online I found this is a very common issue with 4 web pages of the same problem. Terrible choice

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 866-426-0911.

I called the company and the only advice they had was to send a service tech to try to fix the problem. Great a two week old computer that is crap

Kept restarting every minute literally!! Took it back to Best Buy and they said there was a hardware isssue and all they could do is refund or order another one so I bought a better one!
