To do this, unplug the computer. Let the computer sit with all power unplugged/off for 15-minutes. Now plug the computer back in and as you press the Power On Button, also repeatedly tap the F2 Key on your keyboard until you see the Lenovo One Key Recovery Screen. Once you see the One Key Recovery Screen, follow the on-screen directions for resetting the computer. Once the computer finishes the reset, it should now boot normally. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 866-426-0911.

The gpu was hanging out of the slot halfway, upon unboxing. When I returned it, Geek Squad couldn't even get it to boot up.

To do this power down the computer. Now unplug the computer from the wall socket so there is no power going to the computer. Let the computer sit for 15-minutes. Now plug the computer into a power socket and as you press the Power On button, at the same time, repeatedly tip the F2 Key on your keyboard until you see the Lenovo One Key Recovery Screen. Once you see the One Key Recovery Screen, follow the on-screen instructions for resetting the computer. Once the computer is reset, you should now be able to boot the computer normally. If not, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 866-426-0911.

Well guess what it was too good to be true, after only 4 hours of using this pc it crashed giving me a blue screen of death. Upon turning the computer back on I was left with tiny green dots all over my screen which is a common sign of your graphics card going out. Get any brand but Lenovo this is honestly a sad excuse of a gaming pc if it games less than 4 hours on a game that requires a 4 core processor to run.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with Windows 10 on your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If you can no longer boot the computer to the Windows 10 Desktop, ensure that your computer is connected to ac power during the recovery process.
