Well to be honest they are about the same. Ordered it on the 1st and received it on the 5th Super great there. Hooked it up and the lights lit up next you could hear Cortana talking after calling Lenovo and them saying they won't work on a new computer and to send it back to the store for a replacement and talking with best buy Geek Squad really got us nowhere so the unit won't even power up now so it is going back. Would I buy Lenovo Nope really bad experience and with help like return it, shows to me they don't care. This is my opinion anyway.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the initial setup and activation od Windows 10 on your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer. This model ships with easy audio and on-screen, step by step setup and activation instructions for Windows 10. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If you are now unable to properly boot the computer any longer, shut the computer down. Wait 15-minutes. Now as you push the power button to turn the computer on, also press the F2 key continuously until you see the Lenovo One-Key Recovery Screen. Here you can reset your computer back to original factory settings and begin the setup process again. If the issues continue, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 866-426-0911.
