Ask for help. Got myself a fantastic one. Spoke with the Manager and I gave Him a price that I could spend. Sold me an open box, very very happy with the product and price. Will be going there for all my electronics. Once again Thank you G. Natale

I think the power supply was dead. Only get if you are planning on getting the power supply changed, I’ll recommend 650 to 700 watts maybe 800 if you have the money.

Lights work if you use Lenovo Vantage, there's literally a setting for it. Not sure why people are having so many issues right out of the box. Fast boot up, has enough space for extra upgrades, but comes with the implications of RGB lighting. Great specs for the price. Excellent for gaming and video editing.

I have been buying computers for gaming since the late 80's and never had that happen! Last Lenovo I ever buy, that's for sure!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer. Try unplugging the computer and letting is stand, unplugged for 15-minutes. Now plug the computer back in. While pressing the power on button, also repeatedly tap the F2 Key until you see the Lenovo One Key Recovery Screen. Here you will be able to reset your computer to factory settings. Once the reset has finished you will be able to begin the initial activation and setup of Windows 10. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 866-426-0911.

Got to my house didn’t even have a switch to turn it on took it to Best Buy and they told me they couldn’t even order me a new one and they didn’t have a single PC in store. Now I’m waiting a week for my money and I’ll have to wait to order a different PC and wait for shipping GIANT WASTE OF MY TIME will not be buying anything from Best Buy again

I’ve ran a 3700x at home for gaming and knew it was a very capable cpu. So far the system has ran flawlessly. Cpu came with adequate cooling and even at a plastic plant it doesn’t break 60c. Love the looks as well!
