Many also appreciate the relatively low price point for the included components and the quiet operation during use. However, some users have reported issues with the motherboard and Wi-Fi connectivity, requiring replacements or troubleshooting. A few also experienced problems with the hard drive.

I will start off with the bad. My computer came out of the box with a WiFi issue. Have to reinstall the driver every single time the computer turns on. Have no idea why but here we are. On the positive side I do think with current component prices this is a good deal. I play metro exodus at 2k with ray tracing on ultra and get 70-80 FPS consistently modern warfare plays at 80-100 consistently all that good stuff. Good computer but apparently a lot of people have a problem with the WiFi. Really don’t want to have to lug the computer back to them after getting it all set up to fix it but may have to.

So far, I'm able to crank up the settings on the games I played compared to my previous i7/1660Ti machine. The games running on the SSD boot incredibly quickly and it is a quiet-running machine.
The only knock so far is that the Wifi connection drops after waking it up somewhat regularly--rebooting fixes the problem, but I need to troubleshoot this problem. An annoying problem for a prebuilt machine.

While it isn't one of the best gaming PCs available, the Legion Tower 5 provides adequate performance for the money. It serves as a good reminder that you don't need to spend thousands of dollars on a high-end rig to get great 1080p gaming performance. My only gripe is that I had to send it away for bios repair 6 months into the warranty. Good thing I had it.

For all the parts and pieces built in, you can't beat the price. Initially I had an issue with Wireless having to be reset each restart, but the newest patches cleared that up. This thing has everything. Granted I installed more memory and a second NVME drive, but I still saved money versus building. And it's quiet. With no real bloatware other than the Legion software. I waited until I've had this for a month to write the review to make sure it held up and it has.

This pc was so close to being perfect. Great value, good cpu/gpu combination, excellent power supply, and actually good cable management. My only issue was Wi-Fi, and that was a MESS. Any time I started my computer I got an error on my Wi-Fi driver that forced me to disable and re enable the driver, also restarting my pc, just to use Wi-Fi. I got a dedicated pcie Wi-Fi adapter and lo and behold, the motherboard was missing the connection for Bluetooth. If the installed Wi-Fi card was just a little better, it would be an easy 5 stars. Just be wary of this issue as it seems others are having it too- you may be stuck with a computer without properly working Wi-Fi/Bluetooth

I had this computer for two years without a since complaint. Though when I needed to replace my motherboard it was going to cost me nearly as much as I spent for the PC because the motherboard in these PCs is sized for the case. So a new motherboard and a case later after pricing I just went and bought a better pre built from a store in my area

Primarily a “work from home” PC but I also use it to play video games; Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, & Fortnite. Smooth high frame rate gaming that looks great even at 1080P. If I upgrade my monitor to 4K I will return and update my review.
One minor out of the box issue that was easily solved. The hard drive, by default, was set to go into rest mode and when it did the PC shut down instead! I know, yikes. I lost some important work because of it but I fixed the issue when I turned off rest mode.

Aside from the network adapter not working upon inital startup, this PC has run great. I can run every game from Total Warhammer II to Halo:Infinite at 80-90 fps on the highest settings. (This is through overclocking the GPU though)

Purchased this back in 2022 when the GPU prices were the same as a whole PC. At first, everything was great! I enjoyed the PC and was able to play everything that I wanted on Ultra settings. However, about 6 months after purchase, I started to get the B1InitilizedLibrary Failed 0x0000001. I contact Lenovo who replaced the motherboard. Fast forward about 12 months later it came back. I was finally able to boot back into Windows, but now I can't turn the PC off. I can't update anything that would require a reboot as I am unsure if I'll be able to get it boot back up. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and will never purchase a Lenovo product again.

Bought this computer in Dec-21 and 5 months after purchasing (May-22) it did not started, showing some errors. Turned in at BestBuy for repair and it was sent to Lenovo, they had to replace the motherboard and after that it was working. Now after exactly 1 year after warranty expiration, got same error on the screen and took it to BestBuy. I was told probably same motherboard issue and it had to be sent with my own expenses and repair could be around 40% of PC cost.
I took it to local repair guy and he said it is all Lenovo proprietary parts installed and replacing the motherboard is also not working. So, looks like I am back to calling Lenovo now...not sure what else I can do.
Overall very bad experience with this purchase. Not recommending it to anyone.

i just had mine break over very little use (mobo + processor + two nvmes because the one it came with fried and my replacement was fried this time) and its out of the warranty so i had to spend over a thousand to just build my own pc right now. My lenovo technician told me he sees AT LEAST one every month come in to get fixed so yes this is just 1500 thrown in the garbage since its a brick now and these are built to basically not last at all so I will never buy a lenovo product in my life. Its sad because it has just lived for a little over a year as well since i bought this in november 2021 as an early christmas present for myself.
