Great gaming PC. First time ever getting a gaming PC.

After a month of regular usage the PC will not power on. I knew the GeForce RTX 3060 recommended 550w power supply, and the computer came with a 500w. I also knew the motherboard had some issues with ram speeds but I simply told myself I didn't need anything faster than 4000. It did come with a warranty so it's getting shipped off to Houston. Will change review if the repair/replace/refund process isn't a nightmare.

Purchased open box, returned right away because of incredibly loud psu. Maybe this is why previous person returned it in the first place. I think this is an known issue to have some psu to have loud sound. I don't think all models are like this. Maybe I got one bad apple.

USB ports went haywire soon after warranty expired. Was great until then. Now struggling find way to get documents off since mouse and keyboard no longer work properly.

Piece of trash system. I sent it to asus to get repaired they couldn’t figure out my issue, sent it back to me unrepaired, took it to a local repair tech, spent 50$ to get diagnosis by him, we found out after 24 hours of stress testing it that it was hardware issues, he said take it back to Best Buy tell them I personally ran these tests and tell them what issues are at hand, so I did. Ended up having to pay another 200$ to get geek squad to repair my pc in house, got a call my pc needed to OS (operating system) update and they installed and updated what needed to be installed, said to pick my pc up. Went and picked it up, came back home 24 hours later pc still messed up. So I turned the pc in and bought another computer completely and waited for it to be shipped. 750$ pc 50$ third party tech 200$ Best Buy membership. That’s 1k on a pc, I traded it in for 130$ and bought another pc for 800$ Issue I experienced : blue screen of death, fatal recovery. Completely wiped pc allowed it to actually reboot rather then force reboot. Constant crashes, could not play low tier mmorpg games and or stream Netflix. I’d say I’m not a happy customer and for someone reading this who wants to buy this pc for a family member don’t, I called both asus and Best Buy corporate and neither would help get my pc fixed.

This pc is advertised as a 5600 MT/s Ram capable motherboard. It is in fact not able to do that at all. Lenovo makes their own motherboards and custom built this motherboard. (it cannot run xmp at all and the forums are filled with people complaining about falsely advertised clock speeds for RAM) They say their motherboards do not need xmp (they do because the ram won't reach max speed without it) My motherboard can only reach 4400 MT/s when its advertised to be 5600. It won't even boot if you try to go above 4400. It is false advertising and they should probably be sued. Updating bios solved 0 problems and they don't even have BIOS documentation on their website for previous versions of this model.

I expected different components in the PC than I got.

absolutely without a doubt this is hands down the worst, most sorry excuse for a mid-range pc I've ever had the displeasure of having to own even if only for a week. first off Lenovo you should be ashamed of yourself for selling such and embarrassing subpar product. If this is even in your maybe list do yourself a favor and DON't, all you have to do is look up the "motherboard" in it. I've seen better mother boards with more features in a laptop from 2017. I'm disgusted that i was tricked by what used to be a good brand name into buying this heap... for shame for shame.

I have used this computer daily for the past year, mostly drafting in auto CAD. Today the graphics card choked and my business is down. I will build my next machine from scratch, just can't risk it.

Died in less then 2 years need to get the money back from it

Delivery man dropped it on the corner of my door as I was opening to door to grab it from him and wasn’t in working condition when I tried to start it up. Customer service refused to do anything about it.

It was missing a lot of parts to be a “Open Box” and o only receive $40 off for this item. Obviously I returned it back. What kind of “Deal” is that? (Not even power cable was included) smh

Buyer beware, these PCs are lemons. I am sending mine for service for the third time in less than six months. Huge regret.

Needed to be reset so if you buy open box ask for reset.

Haven't been able to use the item yet. Power cord arrived broken.

Unit preforms A1. Best unit I ever had. Easy to set up. running two monitors all very sharp. High speed, More than I expected.

This a very good PC for its price it helped me good frames and a good graphics

It's a good PC. I've been using it for a month and everything is going well. I even play a lot of games in 2K resolution and it works very well. It doesn't get hot or anything. It's just about improving the space and everything is fine.

This is more if a question will this run total war game well and as well as hearts of iron 4 because those are the games that i really have interest playing

Bought this for my boyfriend! He is constantly giving compliments about it and says how incredibly fast it is. He loves gaming on this computer.
