The Lenovo LOQ allows you to change the computer’s thermal mode. This will allow your device to cycle between higher performance, battery life, or automatically adjust based on your needs. To start, launch the Lenovo Vantage app, then on the right-hand side of this display select the “Thermal Mode”, then choose “Performance” for enhanced speeds. You can also toggle thermal modes simply with the Fn+Q hotkey. It is also crucial you adjust in game settings to enhance gaming performance.

When it's good, it's good. However...

After installing an update, I ended up having to reset my laptop as it was not allowing me to login whatsoever, with my password or my pin. It runs games okay. There is a bit of lag but it is manageable. I hate having to constantly reconnect my devices to the computer.

Ridiculous ship a fricking receipt how hard is it

You can open chat and ask best buy for a normal receipt but they will just direct you back to your purchase history

Intentionally misleading specs
