My son was wanting a gaming computer so I tried to find the best budget laptop I could and this was it. So far he has had great luck with it… plays halo, Roblox, and call of duty without any lag and decent frame rate so I call that a win

Great computer works amazing haven’t had an issue on any games yet small enough to travel with and big enough to enjoy gaming.

I have been using this laptop for a few days, and it works really well. The performance is smooth for browsing, videos, and multitasking. The display is bright and clear. Battery life is decent for normal work. Build quality feels strong. Overall, for this price, it is a very good laptop. I am happy with my purchase.

Budget Laptop with great specs from a reliable brand. Will run any game you throw at it with great performance and good graphic quality. Unless you are looking for the max horsepower to run games on high/ultra, save your money and get this well built laptop.

I bought this during Black Friday Sale for a great price. But as some know, manufacturers often use b-stock components specifically in their holiday models and for me it was the QLC 512GB SSD that was throttling and overheating this laptop to a crawl. I've had mini PCs with lower specs that ran smoother. The SSD couldn't sustain big download files (writes) like games on Steam if you have fast wifi or directly via ethernet. Once the SSD's virtual cache fills, it has to empty which cause Steam downloads to drop to 0Mbps momentarily, and this constant refreshing will overheat the drive, thus computer. The solution is to cap your download speed in Steam which is unfortunate. The other solution is to add/replace the SSD itself with a TLC SSD for your Steam library (or any large file writing). Some good though, I felt the trackpad is a tad better than the one in the Legion 5 15.1" and the speakers too. 1080p is good enough, not as sharp as 3K when you're doing regular PC tasks, but when gaming it's not noticeable. RTX 5050 is more than enough for 1080p gaming! But I don't chase max FPS, I prefer a solid 60fps with quiet fans which is achievable on this laptop and 5050. I think the CPU is 2 generations old? But really any CPU within the last 5 years is solid. Conclusion, great budget gaming laptop when on sale! But I'd reconsider at retail price.

Bought this entry level gaming laptop for my girlfriend and for the sale price its an amazing peice of equipment! Sturdy , quiet and decent power. Highly recommended to anyone looking to dip their toes into the gaming laptop pool.

Purchased this computer for use by grandson. He is using to develop gaming software to compete against classmates. With the installed graphics card he is progressing well with what he expected the computer is being used for.

Laptop arrived in a timely manner. Device performs as expected with ability to change performance levels based on needs. Storage on device is decent. Does not run hot as other laptops can. Overall decent laptop for price point.

Great laptop for school and for games. runs everthing so smooth. The one downside is the battery life but that was expected with high task programs.

This is such an upgrade from the macbook air m1 that I had. It runs almost every game. The only problem i have is the battery that it only lasts 2 hours from using chrome, other than that, its an amazing laptop.

I chose Lenovo because I been using this brand since the IBM days and this company is one of the few who have not lowered their quality standards. This laptop works great and was on sale for a very good price.

The laptop is quite good if you buy it at a promotional price. I consider it a top option for the money. Pros: a high-quality display — of course, it’s not OLED and not on the level of a MacBook screen, but it’s still quite good. Build quality is solid: the laptop is well assembled, nothing creaks or flexes, and the plastic feels high quality. Excellent performance for this price. Fairly good cooling and quieter than competitors in this price category. Cons: screen brightness — sometimes it’s not bright enough, especially if the room is very well lit or if you’re sitting near a window. Battery life — I’m not sure this can even be considered a downside; you just need to understand that with this kind of hardware, long battery life is simply not possible.

I’ve always wanted a pc for gaming and finally decided to get this laptop for my first one and I’m so glad I made the purchase. It runs fast for all the games I’ve already downloaded and the graphics are pretty good I would recommend

This is a strong laptop. Runs all games that I want with 144 fps+. The screen is very good. I saw some reviews telling that the screen could present blur, but mine is good

Framerate was good at medium graphics settings and gameplay felt smooth. Good ventilation and cooling. Not as fast as laptops with higher end CPU's but still perfectly usable. Definitely would consider this an entry level gaming laptop, but not disappointed for the price.

The performance has been outstanding; I've tested a couple of games, including Ghost of Tsushima and Forza Horizon 5, both of which ran smoothly on ultra graphics settings. This laptop is perfect for gaming and delivers an incredible experience overall.

Battery does go quick. Overall, it’s great for everyday tasks and casual gaming. It has stuttered and crashed for me every now and then while gaming but maybe some optimizing would help. 144hz is great

Perfect, bought this for my 15 year old daughter she absolutely loves it. She can play her games and do her school. She said no more lagging in her gam. Definitely a happy kid.

Computer system runs great, runs games on Steam pretty well. Does have to stay plugged in while playing as the battery is somewhat weak all around a great laptop for the price!

Great laptop for school, work, and gaming. Decent battery life off charger but works best when you keep it plugged in. Runs fast and has no issues when it comes to loading up many tabs and running a large amount of games. Well worth the price!
