Computer system runs great, runs games on Steam pretty well. Does have to stay plugged in while playing as the battery is somewhat weak all around a great laptop for the price!

The Lenovo LOQ is a good laptop, especially if you are looking for a gaming one. It’s easy to use and runs a lot of game like Minecraft very well. I haven’t had any bugs or crashes yet.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. It is a great laptop and even capable of some formidable gaming. It also looks way more professional than other "Gaming" laptops. Docked it a star for the small SSD.

this was a great first large purchase for my 18 yr old gamer. It has played all the games he wants to play and done so with ease. he was getting frustrated with the frame rate and the lag from his previous laptop. this one has the chips and processer that makes the issues nonexistant. Great buy!!

For someone who loves games and isn't the smartest in terms of computers this is working great for me! Keyboard gets hot but connect a seperate one to it and it's perfectly fine. Great for gamers and those going to school who don't need anything bananas

It should have been a $590 purchase after buying the computer & RAM plus 20% off by getting a Best Buy CC card. Instead the price climbed up to $1,050!!! by the time it was all over weeks later. Multiple times customer service said this shouldn't have happened but all they could offer me was an apology. So "sorry" was all I got. The product is actually a 4 star but I split the difference due to Best Buy lying and costing me $100's more. They lied, apparently to get the sale. They said I could upgrade RAM by adding one 16GB stick to what was already in it for $70. That way it would work for my needs & be within budget, but when I went to the store I found out RAM was quadruple that price in part because turns out I actually needed to buy a matched set of TWO sticks of RAM. They also informed me the Best Buy associate on the phone should have told me I could get 20% if I got their credit card. After several phone calls and multiple trips to the store (you can't talk to people at the store as they have no phones) I finally gave up. I have since found out Best Buy has a terrible reputation for online over the phone customer service/sales. Even the employees at the store said their online over the phone customer service is terrible. I'm posting my total experiance here because there are no options on their website to review the company. There are even more bad details but this is getting long so I will leave it at this, but I'm on disability and needed this computer to start a business to get off disability. I can't afford this and nobody should have to be treated like this. I will literally have to sell some possessions because of this. There is literally nothing you can do in a situation like this because they clearly do not care whatsoever about you.

It ight but like the sort of ight where it is ight tl;dr it runs pretty good sounds like a prime ps4 running marvel rivals (so like a jet) but still no complaints

Setup was a breeze and computer seems to function well. Loaded some initial games such as Fortnite and running flawless so far. Phenomenal for general word and spreadsheet processing.

Very happy with my new laptop! I haven't used it for much gaming yet but its my new work partner and has easily ran all the demanding software required of it.

Amazing laptop so far, upgrade the ram, it does come with only 1 16GB stick so get another one if you can it makes this thing a absolute beast of a gaming machine

This laptop is good and can handle AAA games with ease i was playing dying light the beast and it runs so good so ya this is a Great budget gaming laptop would highly recommended

It’s worked great so far. I needed a laptop to do some light gaming on and it hasn’t disappointed. Gets a little hot if in your lap so I suggest getting a laptop pad with a fan.
