    BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Horrible Shipping System

    This laptop would be great I'm sure if Best Buy could figure out their shipping methods. They used some 3rd party UPS service called Roadie who will try and deliver a $1,000 laptop 3 days early. Then when you're not there because they're so early, they'll instead return the order and process a refund. You then get the pleasure of contacting Best Buy's customer support where they will pass you around and drop your call for 4 hours. During this time they'll also lie to you that they "cannot honor the sale price" when I first ordered but then magically send it to me when I ask for a supervisor. Long story short: buy this laptop from literally anyone else other than Best Buy. This entire process has been absolute insanity and I still don't have the laptop days later.

    I've had this for about 17 months with very minimal usage. I only use this while traveling and that happens not too often. So I've probably used this laptop about 10 times for the duration I have had it. The motherboard just died during normal usage and Lenovo refuses to do anything about it. After doing research, apparently this is a known issue with this specific model/manufacturing date. My husband has had a Lenovo laptop for the last 13 years and its still working. Who knew this would happen to something that was supposed to be better?

    NOT THE BEST GAMING COMPUTER

    I've had this computer a little over a year and it doesn't work unless its plugged in charging. Now the only way for it to work is if its plugged into the wall, i can't unplug it or it does.

    While unplugged, the laptop only lasted 3 hours or less. The laptop died after less than a month.

    not worth it, potentially lying about specs

    Don't think this deserves the price-tag, barely handle easy tasks even though its not even games, have a hard time clicking on stuff because the mousepad doesn't react often, some keys already not react that much anymore, would rather buy those non gaming 200 dollars laptop instead and that would work better than this.

To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      Also, ensure that the system isn't in a power reserve model like battery saving mode or cool/quite mode that can be configured in the Lenovo Vantage app under Performance Mode on the homepage. In these low power modes, this can throttle system performance capabilities.

    It has been 3 months and the screen and touchpad no longer work. Laptop is now in for repairs. Otherwise the specs on this laptop are very good for the price but a broken laptop is completely useless.

    Use bluetooth? Do NOT buy

    This product is NOT bluetooth compatible. Yes, it claims "bluetooth compatability", but it will not work with any bluetooth devices. Audio is corrupted and jumps in and out, and other devices won't connect outright. Headphones are a non-starter. You can uninstall certain devices in "device manager" as a work around, but the laptop will automatically reinstall them later and you will be forced to uninstall and restart daily. Just save yourself the trouble (and money) and buy a laptop designed for the 21st century

    This laptop is really bad. The AMD processor is not good even though it is a Ryzen 7 it will not deliver nearly an Intel i3. The usb ports fail continously.

    excellent ~$1000 laptop

    For $1000, the specs are solid. There are no bleeding edge features here, like PCIE 5.0 or the latest USB speeds. It won't walk your dog or effortlessly run your art plagiarizing AI programs, and it does come with a Copilot button that needs Powertoys if you want it to do something useful. But what you do get is a solid keyboard, a bright IPS screen at 144hz, a full-size set of arrow keys, and enough gaming performance to at least play some of the latest titles at playable framerates and decent graphical settings too. I've been using mine to play Wuthering Waves and FFXIV, and I could even get 3D work done on it, with very good rendering performance on par with my 2080 Super rig at home. Audio and battery life are as one would expect from a modern laptop, that being very serviceable but not mindblowing, which is a theme of this laptop. Storage is very much on the low side if you want to play modern games on it, but you can throw in an additional SSD up to 4TB if I remember correctly. RAM is also upgradeable to 32GB as well. If you need the laptop equivalent of a Honda Civic, grab this one.

    This product is great! It's fast, runs well, and is just such a great laptop. The rear usb and LAN connections work are a nice touch. The Levono Advantage app that come with the laptop allows you to set different fan speeds for Quiet, Balanced, and Performance. It also gives you an update to the wear and tear of each component inside of the computer. My only complaints would be the battery life(which is expected from a gaming laptop. It does, however, charge incredibly quickly, so if it is running out of juice, it won't take too long to charge back up), storage size, and probably the power cable connector. Its on the back right next to the usb, so when its dark and I can't see the labels, I have tried to cram it in the usb port.
