They arent the best speakers, but will work perfectly for zoon, skype or anything like that. There is an fairly easy menu to follow to set up the monitor. It did come in parts, a simple allen key and 5 minutes later it is connected and running.

Took it in to Geek Squad to see if it was bad or our computer was bad. Guy took the time to check it out and tell us it was the monitor bad. So, we went to the monitors and bought a new one. Employee there was helpful and expalined what would work with our ol Windows XP computer. Everything worked great. Everyone was helpful. good job

Contrast ratio, maximum brightness, and overall image quality is very good. No bad pixels. Both monitors had the same color temperature, so I didn't have to tweak the white balance to match them. Viewing off axis, the brightness tends to fall off a bit starting from the far corner, probably due to the backlight diffuser. I noticed it at first, but I don't anymore. The base is solid, stable, and looks good. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, At the $129 sale price, I consider them a great value.

Got it so I can use it in tandem with my other monitor. Plan on collecting and collating all my photos that I have on numerous drives/flash drives and a few I still need to scan in. The monitor is very easy to set up and use, Pretty much plug and play. Internal speakers are ok but lack high end fidelity.
