Well packaged, easy to setup, but one had an issue with a few pixels (vertical lines in a few places). Was easily replaced at Best Buy. Size/ image is great, sound quality is just ok. Convenient but find my laptop has better sound. Overall, I liked it a lot so I bought my wife one. Hers ended up having the same pixel issue I had (in different spots). Again, easily replaced at Best Buy, but makes me question the quality control when 2 of 3 ordered had issues out of the box. We haven't had any problems since and are otherwise happy with our purchase.

There is a volume control on the Q24i-1L monitor. Set the volume of the Q24i-1L monitor internal speakers at the monitor first, then use the video source volume control to further adjust audio.
