The best way to adjust the Star Wars Jedi Challenges headset is to: place the unit on your head and then adjust the two side straps first. Then adjust the top strap until the headset is at a good height and feels comfortable to you.

The reason for the 3 stars was that it only works with specific phones. He has to use my sister in laws older phone because the Note 9 is too new and large to fit in the headset.
