    Awesome little air purifier. I can control it with my google home and my Apple home kit. It also gives me a good idea of the air purity in the room via a number and color gauge on the top control panel. It also connects to my phone which combines with the local air quality reports to further maximize the air quality in my bedroom.

    I purchased this air purifier in late Oct 2022. The app states that the filter has 16% left in March 2023. I only use this unit in my bedroom, and I live in a brand new house. I have cleaned the filter, but no improvement in life of filter. I like the white noise for sleeping, but I don't know what happens when the app thinks filter is at max capacity. The filter costs a quarter of actual unit, so needing a new one so quickly in a new pet free, kid free home, seems unusual.

The filters for the PlasmaPro 400S are typically estimated to last about 12 months, with the lifespan dependent on the current air quality as well as how often the unit is run. You may or may not see buildup on the filters themselves. In some cases, they may look very grey or dusty—in others, the particles may be microscopic and not visible to the naked eye. The app will show an estimated filter life percentage, however, it is encouraged to change the filters after about 12 months of use or at your discretion.
