This brand can ve found everywhere but its worth buying at best buy for the exclusive plasmapro technology that adds another layer of air purification.

Been using this air purifier for over a year and a half now and it's been awesome. Being able to set a schedule or set how many square feet you want to purify when it turns on is a nice feature but selecting the exact amount is tricky since its a slider.

I just got this so can’t say whether it does anything to reduce viral transmission or about its durability but so far it Works well , is easy to assemble, and has quiet operation

I was happy with the product and felt it did what it advertised. Wished it could handle a larger space. The one thing I learned was about the filters and cost to replace.

I like these. App works great. Scheduling is easy. They can be a bit loud but it's probably not necessary to run on high very often. I keep one in the kitchen and one upstairs.

When I moved into my apartment I would cough up a storm because it smelled like smoke and it was really hard to breath. After the first day I used this made a huge difference. Smell is gone and no more coughing

The design is simple but well thought out. It’s a nice size (10.8 x 10.8 x 20.5 in – basically a cylinder) and is light weight (11 lbs.) with built in carrying handles – making it easy to move around or change the filter. I have tested 3 other air purifiers from different manufacturers, and I have to say this is my overall favorite. Attention to detail, overall ease of use, filter maintenance/replacement and extremely quiet operation makes it a true winner and I highly recommend. Unit was nicely packaged. Just open it up, remove wrapping from around filter and plug it on using about 5 ft power cord. I used the QR code provided in the manual to download the VeSync app to my android phone. It loaded easily and “synched” with the unit 1st try. The app allows you to add multiple units/homes as well as accessing all controls/functions remotely using internet. Its main screen shows air quality and whether unit is on/off allowing access to fan speed. I have it set to quiet so that even using auto mode it will not go to highest fan speed. I found the app to be easily navigated but am having issues setting up schedules on/off times - I am sure it is operator error but still irritating. All the unit’s physical controls are on the top in a small “ring”, just a bit larger than a coaster. Around the outside of this ring are its controls – on/off, wi-fi indicator, fan speed, sleep mode, timer button, auto mode, display off, display lock and plasma on/off. The center of the ring indicates air quality (there are 4 color ranges blue = very good, green = good, orange=moderate and red= bad) and displays PM2 particle count and timer if being used. Display is bright and easy to see and use. One of the issues I have had with using prior air purifiers is – how do you know if it is working - cleaning the air? Upon plugging this unit in I set it to auto and it registered 001 which is in the very good range (blue), and it basically stayed there for a couple days of running. I have found that frying chicken seems to fill the air with pollutants (making me wonder how much “particles” I have breathed in over my lifetime - just from frying chicken!) and is a good way to test. The unit went from 001 to over 600 and the screen s air quality ring was red. It took about 1.5 hours for it to get back to blue. Unit is rated for 403 ft. The living room we have the unit in is around 300 ft with 12-foot ceilings – and is open to the kitchen. This is the quietest unit I have used so far and the only one I have set to use auto fan speed. The filter consists of a pre-filter, H13 True HEPA filter and a High-efficiency activated carbon filter. There is an indicator in the unit for filter replacement and the app shows you percentage left – manual states you can expect about 12 months before filter needs replacing. In manual it also states clean air rate is 260 cubic ft per minute. Air change per hour is 5 meaning it can “change” the air 5 times in an hour on high speed. I checked on Levoit website and new filters run about $50. Some of these units’ replacement filters are almost as much as the unit – kind of like inkjet printers…. Manual does suggest vacuuming the dust sensor as well as the pre-filter every few weeks. I wondered why there was an option to lock the unit’s controls and why would anyone bother to use it? It only took 5 minutes when my youngest grandson visited to see why this is a great option. He was attracted to the lights like a month to a flame. I could not get him to stop touching all the controls and turning machine on/off. He then thought it would be an excellent place to set his sippy cup. Its then I remembered I could turn off the display and lock the controls – once that was done, he moved on quickly. 2-year warranty and according to Levoit website they are the #1 air purifier brand in the US. No negatives I can think off other than my not being able to figure out the scheduling, but as I stated, its probably me.

bought it for my room and works well. I have it set up to turn on an hour before I go to sleep, and shut off in the morning. working well so far

Amazing air purifier! The app with it is great with all the details it tells and the different modes. The ability to add other devices in the app and have them work seamlessly is perfect. Highly recommend!

I love how it is easily controlled from my phone no matter where I am. The highest level is kind of loud but soothing at the same time. Overall great product.

It took a while to find the "right" air purifier. Honestly, was looking for something that worked well and was quiet without an overload on the bells and whistles. The 400S was a great choice and keeps the air in my home office circulated and clean.

This product is great! We are not even utilizing all of the features yet. But the quality of the air filtration has significantly benefited my wife’s ability to breathe better at night.
