It is not as great at defrosting. The controls are not that intuitive, some "features" weren't thought through well. There are better and there are worse microwaves.

Good little compact microwave

Pretty compact too if you need to fit it in a small space. Power cord wasn't very long so best to place it right next to an outlet. Touch controls are nice but a little touchy, no pun intended.
