Nice microwave. Compact and cute. But I think the touch sensitive buttons are a bad idea as sometimes I have to touch it multiple times to start the microwave.

Overall very happy. Wish I knew how to disable the child lock on the door.

Easy to use and easy to clean my only complaint is that I am older and the lighting on the digital board is not bright enough

This LG microwave is great - works as advertised. It has delightful little LG tones for button sounds and at the end of a cycle.

Love the child lock and my previous microwave would over heat the food

There are a number of features that just won't work for me. 1) It is very hard to open the door: the opener sits low on the counter and you have to press very hard to get it to open. The MW also slides too easy. 2) The controls for timer versus cook keep cooking when I want timer. This makes it too easy to run the MW empty, which will ruin it. 3) Door only opens 45 degrees. Most MW doors open a little bit more. Since this one opens less, it's less easy to get things in and out, especially if you are left-handed. On the positive: It is easy to turn off the child-lock. The dark interior is not so dark that it will be hard to clean. This one is going back.

Great microwave. Does everything you need it to do. Pretty compact too if you need to fit it in a small space. Power cord wasn't very long so best to place it right next to an outlet. Touch controls are nice but a little touchy, no pun intended.

For my use it works well, just do not like the additional steps to select to heat, and also the side button to open, otherwise it works well.

My new microwave is so convenient because of it’s size and how advamced it is from other similar-sized microwaves. I needed a countertop microwave that would have all the amenities from a large one. It has many functions and I love the sounds, which aren’t too loud and very dimure.
