||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good microwave for someone who doesn't heat up slot of things and doesn't want to take up much space in the kitchen but of course since it's so small heating bigger amounts of items take minutes longer. Only problem I've had with this is the glass platform never stays in place and always pops off when heating things up

On top of that, the interface was very very slow making pressing the keys a much longer process than it should be. I'm not sure if the two are related but it doubt it. I bought a much cheaper insignia microwave at my local best buy store after I returned this one and its exactly what you want. Responsive microwave without any extras you don't use anyway getting in the way.

When a microwave door sensor prevents operation, it is typically a safety feature designed to ensure the unit cannot run while the cavity is open. However, experiencing a "fatal" issue upon arrival is certainly not the performance standard we aim for. Regarding the interface responsiveness, our modern microwaves are designed with high-density control boards; if you notice a delay in key registration, it can sometimes be attributed to a software processing lag.
