This LG didn't meet the standards of my GE's.

I was told this was a really good alternative and the smart inverter worked great. I returned this and bought the GE. The 0.9 Cu Feet was not large enough, the inverter didn't cook my popcorn properly. The suction of the feet were not enough to hold the microwave in place when you pressed the button to open the door. It doesn't have the feature to press 1 and have it cook 1 minute, you need to press the add 30 seconds twice.

Of course, it's food, but it won't start unless you open and close the door again. When the ood is done, the sound it makes is a tiny tinkling bell sound. I am accustomed to hearing it louder, so I don't have to stand in front of it and wait for it to complete.

Great Microwave

I don't have a lot of counter space so I didn't want a big bulky microwave. So far the microwave works great and I haven't had any issues.

Just long enough that it isn't covered under warranty. Nothing from my best buy protection. I miss the days when you bought a microwave and it lasted a decade. Looking for a new microwave, probably will steer clear of LG.
