The NeoChef models feature a sensor-based cooking system that adjusts cooking time based on steam from the bag for optimal popcorn results and child safety. To prevent overcooking, center the bag on the glass turntable and follow the "This Side Up" instructions. Avoid using the "Popcorn" button for small or snack-sized bags, as the sensor may not detect steam accurately. To deactivate the safety mechanism, hold the STOP/Clear button for about 3 seconds; an "L" or lock icon will indicate the status. The ThinQ app allows monitoring, but all cooking functions can also be operated manually for a traditional experience.
