Burnt my popcorn with the popcorn button. . .

The NeoChef models feature a sensor-based cooking system that adjusts cooking time based on steam from the bag for optimal popcorn results and child safety. To prevent overcooking, center the bag on the glass turntable and follow the "This Side Up" instructions. Avoid using the "Popcorn" button for small or snack-sized bags, as the sensor may not detect steam accurately. To deactivate the safety mechanism, hold the STOP/Clear button for about 3 seconds; an "L" or lock icon will indicate the status. The ThinQ app allows monitoring, but all cooking functions can also be operated manually for a traditional experience. I was told this was a really good alternative and the smart inverter worked great. I returned this and bought the GE. The 0.9 Cu Feet was not large enough, the inverter didn't cook my popcorn properly. The suction of the feet were not enough to hold the microwave in place when you pressed the button to open the door. It doesn't have the feature to press 1 and have it cook 1 minute, you need to press the add 30 seconds twice.

I don't have a lot of counter space so I didn't want a big bulky microwave. So far the microwave works great and I haven't had any issues.

Of course, it's food, but it won't start unless you open and close the door again. When the ood is done, the sound it makes is a tiny tinkling bell sound. I am accustomed to hearing it louder, so I don't have to stand in front of it and wait for it to complete.
