We loved this microwave. It was easy to use, I love that you can just pinch in the time and hit start rather than having to select time or power etc. it plays a not too loud pleasant tune when done and had no complaints u til it stopped working a month in!!! I’ve had microtonal lasted 10-15 years so this is a total bummer!!! Best Buy only gives you 15days to return so now I’m outside the window :( very disappointed in LG

The perfect replacement for the old microwave that we use in our recreation room. Took a little while to get use to the difference in settings, but we're very pleased with the purchase.

Best powerful, compact microwave. I had the older model for over 7 years and wouldn’t go to any other make. Fits perfect in my space and still has a lot of room inside, plus lots of power.

The microwave oven is powerful to be so small, but it is somewhat difficult to use because the operational buttons on the front are hard to see. I saw other reviewers suggest that backlighting them would help, and I agree completely.

I just bought this and I hate it. I have used microwave ovens for years, decades to be honest. The LG is confusing and diffuclt to use. There's a sticker next to the door button with instructions on how to open. You have to use your right middle finger. And ONLY your right hand, to press a small button on the side that releases the door button on the front. Here's a clue: If you need instructions to show people how to just open the door, you have made your product difficult to use. That sticker will wear off in short order and then every new person to use it will have to study the design until they notice a small black button on the side. This is dumb. Have something in your right hand and want to open with your left? No. Not physically possible. I tried auto reheat for a cup of water. It's a lot of steps to just set 2 minutes. The menu suggests that you can adjust the number of cups. But you can't as you try to find the +/- buttons or enter 1, 2, 3 or some other key to change the display. I have a broken microwave that takes several minutes to just heat a cup of water and I'm going to use it instead and return this one.

Good all around countertop microwave. The audio prompts are more pleasing than other electronics.

I aml pleased with exterior design/appearance. I'm still in "learning curve" on the "touch" buttons response time ...

Defective control panel. The microwave died less than a month after purchase. Best Buy won't exchange it. LG didn't offer an exchange or return when Icalled. I was told a repair shop would come to the house. They had to order a part. It's been a week, still waiting. LG made a follow-up call where I was told home repairs were not covered under the warranty. I explained I was given no other option. The rep said they would then cover it because of the mix-up, I assume. I think BB should have allowed an exchange. My former LG microwave lasted for years, this one less than a month.

Love! Small but Mighty Smart microwave has pre-programs setting for all my food heating. It even plays cute music sounds when using it. So Glad I got it!

It takes getting used to because when you put something in and set up the timer, it says FOOD. Of course, it's food, but it won't start unless you open and close the door again. When the ood is done, the sound it makes is a tiny tinkling bell sound. I am accustomed to hearing it louder, so I don't have to stand in front of it and wait for it to complete.

I went in to BB to buy a GE microwave. I was told this was a really good alternative and the smart inverter worked great. I returned this and bought the GE. The 0.9 Cu Feet was not large enough, the inverter didn't cook my popcorn properly. The suction of the feet were not enough to hold the microwave in place when you pressed the button to open the door. It doesn't have the feature to press 1 and have it cook 1 minute, you need to press the add 30 seconds twice.

This is the best microwave I have ever bought! The LED light inside is a really nice touch. It cooks everything perfectly.

This microwave is the perfect size for my kitchen. I don't have a lot of counter space so I didn't want a big bulky microwave. So far the microwave works great and I haven't had any issues.

Buttons aren’t easy and the noise it makes when ready is annoying and quiet
