It was a little more expensive but so far is working great and first the space. It has a lot of nice features including child proof mechanism that can be disabled if needed. I highly recommend.

It was easy to use, I love that you can just pinch in the time and hit start rather than having to select time or power etc. it plays a not too loud pleasant tune when done and had no complaints u til it stopped working a month in!!! I’ve had microtonal lasted 10-15 years so this is a total bummer!!! Best Buy only gives you 15days to return so now I’m outside the window :( very disappointed in LG

I had the older model for over 7 years and wouldn’t go to any other make. Fits perfect in my space and still has a lot of room inside, plus lots of power.

I was out of 14 days return and exchange policy and BestBuy customer service even did not let me exchange it for bigger size or same size. I will not buy anything from BestBuy.

Not intuitive or easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this and I hate it. I have used microwave ovens for years, decades to be honest. The LG is confusing and diffuclt to use. There's a sticker next to the door button with instructions on how to open. You have to use your right middle finger. And ONLY your right hand, to press a small button on the side that releases the door button on the front. Here's a clue: If you need instructions to show people how to just open the door, you have made your product difficult to use. That sticker will wear off in short order and then every new person to use it will have to study the design until they notice a small black button on the side. This is dumb. Have something in your right hand and want to open with your left? No. Not physically possible. I tried auto reheat for a cup of water. It's a lot of steps to just set 2 minutes. The menu suggests that you can adjust the number of cups. But you can't as you try to find the +/- buttons or enter 1, 2, 3 or some other key to change the display. I have a broken microwave that takes several minutes to just heat a cup of water and I'm going to use it instead and return this one.

Took a little while to get use to the difference in settings, but we're very pleased with the purchase.
