On top of that, the interface was very very slow making pressing the keys a much longer process than it should be. I'm not sure if the two are related but it doubt it. I bought a much cheaper insignia microwave at my local best buy store after I returned this one and its exactly what you want. Responsive microwave without any extras you don't use anyway getting in the way.

However, experiencing a "fatal" issue upon arrival is certainly not the performance standard we aim for.
