    Worked great for a year. Then started smoking 2 months after the 1 year warrantee expireded. We won't buy another LG microwave.

    The buttons are hard to read. The buttons aren't very responsive, you have to press them hard. The door makes too much noise opening and closing.

    LG Keypad is simply awful

    I wanted to give the product a single star, but the microwave works fine if you can turn it on. This oven has the worst keypad imaginable. No tactile feedback. No visual cue for the location of each button. Hard to believe LG couldn’t design an ergonomic keypad.

    Good microwave bad glass door design

    Was a good microwave and happy with it for 2 months but beware that there is glass on the front door that is not protected and very vulnerable to a chip and then glass disintegrates making microwave useless. Best Buy would not honor money back or exchange because bumping it and chipping was out fault. Anyone could bump this with anything and it will chip and fail. Out $140 and protection plan. Best took for recycling at least. All other microwaves have the front glass protected from bumps and items falling.

    Takes forever to hear things up

    It looks good. That’s about it. This microwave seems to take longer to cook everything than even a 1000 watt oven takes. Food is always cold, needs to go back in. Other things get cold waiting. Wish I hadn’t bought this. Want to go back to my old LG.

    had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it failed me right from the start. As soon as I started using it, it essentially fried itself and became completely non-functional. Despite following all the setup instructions carefully, it just didn’t work as intended. This was a disappointing experience, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable alternative

    Sorry I bought it! The sound of the door opening and closing is unusually loud. The "child safety" feature is annoying to fix. Contains far less options than the much less expensive Insignia Microwave this is replacing.

    I recently purchased a Samsung microwave from Best Buy, and I’m extremely disappointed. The unit arrived dirty and covered in dents, making it clear that it was refurbished—despite being sold as new. This is completely unacceptable. Best Buy should not be allowed to sell used or damaged products without properly disclosing it to customers. I expected a brand-new appliance, not something that looks like it came from a scratch-and-dent sale. Will definitely think twice before shopping here again! 1/5 stars.
