I was told this was a really good alternative and the smart inverter worked great. I returned this and bought the GE. The 0.9 Cu Feet was not large enough, the inverter didn't cook my popcorn properly. The suction of the feet were not enough to hold the microwave in place when you pressed the button to open the door. It doesn't have the feature to press 1 and have it cook 1 minute, you need to press the add 30 seconds twice.

I don't have a lot of counter space so I didn't want a big bulky microwave. So far the microwave works great and I haven't had any issues.

I was out of 14 days return and exchange policy and BestBuy customer service even did not let me exchange it for bigger size or same size. I will not buy anything from BestBuy.

Of course, it's food, but it won't start unless you open and close the door again. When the ood is done, the sound it makes is a tiny tinkling bell sound. I am accustomed to hearing it louder, so I don't have to stand in front of it and wait for it to complete.

Claimed LG warranty but after 2 weeks still haven’t heard anything from them, contacted Lg 3 times, they tell me to wait. Checked my claim later, on the website site it says the claim has been completed. Terrible warranty service. Never buy anything from LG again.
