Got the item home and upon opening the sealed box the item was damaged/bent in several places. Return was easy, but it was the last one in stock so had to get a refund. One star due to the inconvenience not sure if it even worked as I never finished unpacking it.

LG’s “warranty” is for the part only, and then they estimate the repair will cost the consumer 350-450 dollars for labor which they don’t pay for. Would NOT recommend this microwave.

Not safe to use

Not safe to use and contacted LG Service.Was told the warranty did cover broken glass as it was a cosmetic damaged. Now I had a microwave six months old not safe to use and warranty does not cover repair. I had to scrap it.
