Very good oven

The button to open the door is a bad design . You have to push a button on the side and then the front to open. Not sure who thought that was needed. Overall a good micro.

Compact Countertop Microwave

I had two considerations - compact size and power requirements. (operates with 15amp circuit). The LG has performed very well. I wish the keypad was more visible (back lit).

Nice Microwave. Bad used Best Buy communication

After talking with the Best Buy experts online, they informed me twice (I called back) and confirmed that the Santa Rosa store would take the old microwave. The senior customer service and manager both told me that is not the case. I had to find another way of disposal.

Child lock feature can be disabled. Inside walls are gray rather than white but I don’t mind. Only con and the reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the control buttons are not backlit or labeled with enough contrast in color so I need to turn on kitchen light if I want to use fancier features.
