I don't use the one touch buttons like "fresh vegetables", but love the "EZ On" button which adds 30 seconds. Only con is that moisture builds up inside the glass door panels unless I use my plastic cover like a cake cover with tiny vents in top to contain moisture and put a folded paper towel under baked potatoes.

Nice size for countertop

It has some features that we were looking for such as: beverage, quick defrost and an eco saving button, along with standard pizza, popcorn, etc. Looks nice on our counter and we are very happy with it.
