Frozen food heats on top but not bottom. Add time.

Decent overall, however the microwave isn't completely level. it sometimes wobbles on the side.

The door fogged up the first time I heated food in it. Called LG service center and agent informed me that this was normal. No way. Grateful for the return policy at best buy. Returned immediately and bought an oster microwave from Costco .

I bought this item online, and after the first use I thought it was a great deal, but when I used it with pop corn, I discovered that there is too much intensity at the center of the microwave, with this I mean that the food may get burned in the center of a plate, it happened with bacon also. Second major issue is that when the winter arrives and temperatures drop, the glass door gets vapor inside, and you can't see the food inside.

I Ordered this on-line. Set it up and it felt so cheap and flimsy. Tried it out a couple times and packed it up and exchanged it for another Panosonic. First Panosonic lasted 34 years. New one is not as substantial as the old one and probably won't last that long but then neither will I so who cares. Anyway, you pretty much get what you pay for in a microwave. Buy a 1.1 cuft powerful one that costs over $150 and you probably will get a good one no matter the brand. My new one isn't a 5 star but a lot better than the LG.

this microwave is very loud when running and sounds "tinny" when you start it. i should have brought something else. #buyer's remorse.

Best thing..the price..the enamel finish interior..heats quick,,good program choices...plate inside is larger than most microwaves this size and easy to clean...child lock a must for anyone with little ones wanting to push buttons..and very attractive

I was a little disappointed that it did not reheat food in less than two minutes.
