This is a great microwave!! The sale price was great, and it has a lot of nice features! I don't find it any louder than an average microwave. Hope to have this microwave a long time.

Very nice, built very well and has many features. Built ,works and looks like a much more expensive unit. Hands down a very good quality product. Would buy this with full confidence.

The design is simplistic, the buttons large and visible, which is necessary for slimy hands and strained eyes. It has all the basic functions that I want for a microwave. At the price point, it is a great deal for the size and power. No problem so far after a few months, very happy with purchase!

The microwave is really noisy compared to previous ones. When you use it sometimes it looks like it creates some sort of condensation between the glass. The microwave is not level when you set it down. Returned

I use this Microwave everyday.its a medium size microwave with so many options.

My husband and I purchased as a house warming gift for our daughter who lives about 100 miles away with no Best Buy in town. When we arrived and took the microwave out of box, we discovered that the right back stabilizing foot not was not included. I thought simple fix, we will call customer service and they will mail. I called the LG customer service and was advised that they did not have a part number for this item and we would either have to pack it up and drive back to the store for another one, or the option of finding a licensed service department in the area and they would send in for repair, that the entire bottom of the microwave would have to be replaced. Really??? The kids needed the microwave and we were not sure when we would return, so we had to fashion a cardboard brace to stabilize the microwave. Talk about a joy kill and utter disappointment. Now I know I need to open any sealed box and check for all parts prior to leaving the store. I know this is probably not something Best Buy is not able to control, that they have the same confidence that we have in their suppliers providing quality merchandise. But with the holidays coming, I wanted to post the review so others are aware this could happen and to check their items before leaving the store. I will also be contacting LG to let them know that apparently someone went on break during quality control and that our consumer confidence with them is nil.

the microwave stopped working in just 7 months, but LG warranty is pretty good.

Bought the microwave for office use.It gets minimal use but works well. Less than 1 month old the gasket around the glass is defective.It allows condensation to enter and build up.Reading other reviews it is a known problem. working with LG for refund
