I only have this microwave for a couple of months, and has work perfect.

Purchased microwave for my son, couldn't be happier with the product and of course the price. Service rendered to me was excellent. Will definitely return to this store.

It's a good microwave for the price, but I would have preferred to get one with a handle to open the door instead of a button. Sometimes the double-paned window fogs up between the panes. That isn't a big issue, but it is disconcerting.

This microwave has a large inner capacity and is able to accommodate even a small size oval platter. I can easily fit a loaf plan plus a 4-cup measuring cup inside when rising yeasted bread. The heating capability is quite efficient and can easily warm up a cup of milk in about 45 seconds, All in all, a good appliance. The only thing I would change is the push button that pops oven the microwave oven door. If it was a pullout handle, I would give this 5 stars

From the first time we used the microwave, it emitted a smell every time it was used. I searched for packing materials that might have been left while unpacking the microwave; however, I did not find any reason for such an ordor.

Nice product. Best Buy service is superb- bought it online, choose the in store pickup and everything went smoothly.

We bought this microwave shortly after ours began sparking. The price seemed a bit higher than we had been used to paying. However, we are not disappointed, rather, we are thrilled with this model. We used to have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for food to warm in our old machine, but now, it's warm, or should I say HOT within 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. It is definitely worth every penny!

I use the microwave for reheating and defrosting.This microwave is very easy to clean (an added bonus for me). Read the reviews in consumer reports before buying. This has been an excellent purchase for my home.

I would have given this microwave a high rating except that after about one week of use, sweat formed between the glass every time we used it. It will go away after not using it for a couple of days but it's disturbing to me that there's enough of a leak in the sealing to cause sweat to form between the glass. I didn't try to return it because the Best Buy store in the town of the person I gave this microwave to as a gift didn't carry microwaves and it was too much trouble to haul it back home and exchange it in Houston. The second one would probably have had the same problem. I've had a lot of microwaves over the years but this is the first one I have every seen that did this.

for the price very product . only thing it get moisture between glass but it clears up .
