Could not be more pleased. Looks great. Very attractive and sleek design. Small footprint. Very powerful Microwave. We find whatever item we are heating up, we can cut the recommended time by 30-40%. Just works Great. Also heats very evenly.

We picked this unit as about the only one in this size that has a light that comes on both when cooking and when door is open. Since a dark interior, the light is essential. As others have commented, the control panel has small buttons that are very hard to read. If all you use is the 30 sec. button, or type in the seconds then start, then is functional. Popcorn setting burnt the popcorn. Would have to memorize a large amount of information to use the other short cut buttons. Slides when you press to open the door (need to add a block behind the right side of the unit otherwise it will twist when you press to open the door.) Good looking and seems to have sufficient power. First unit had bad paint, perhaps from the factory putting the plastic on too quickly, and the unit did not sit flat. Exchanged and 2nd unit looks and sits fine.

I just moved into my new apartment and I have a decent size kitchen. I didn't want to get a microwave that would take up too much counter space but that had over a 1000 watts. This is the perfect microwave it heats food very quickly, easy to program and great for limited countertop space.

A good looking microwave that is a great size. Small on counter and takes up little room. Would give it 5 stars but is a little loud. Nothing bad just a bit louder than my old Panasonic. Still very nice and worth buying. Highly recommended.

This Stainless Steel LG 1.1 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave not only looks sleek but performs very well. I previously had a 10 year old Microwave so had to adjust by experimenting with the far superior expedited heating of food this LG baby successfully delivered. As I've only had it for a little over a month all I can say is so far so good. Four months ago or so I had purchased a different brand of microwave (1.2 cu) from Best Buy to replace the one that was 10 years old. But after three months it caused the circuit breakers to blow and the lights in the kitchen and hallway went out. I do recommend a protection plan for at least a year or two as that one turned out to be a lemon. Best Buy fully reimbursed me and even gave me a discount on this LG which I saw as excellent Customer Service.

Love This microwave. I don't have a lot of counter space so it's the perfect size. Heats food up well and the auto reheat does a great job of not drying the food out. I wish the keypad was backlight but it's not a big deal. It just would have been a nice feature.

This LG microwave has worked out beautifully for my husband and me. Not too long ago we bought a Panasonic microwave, which rewarded us by dying in mid-cook. Of course, we hadn't bought an extended warranty. When I researched new, non-Panasonic microwaves that evening, the overwhelmingly favorable buyers' comments about LG microwaves impressed us, and so did the descriptions of what they'd do. In addition, our daughter told us she has all LG appliances and loves them. So we bought an LG and brought it home. We knew it was bigger than the Panasonic, but we didn't quite realize how it would overwhelm that corner of the kitchen. Even worse, the plug looked as though an elephant stepped on it. It was unusable. We took it right back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a smaller model. That's the one we're using now. It's just the right size for two people, it cooks and warms perfectly, it operates quietly, and it's easy to use. Some users have complained that the control pads are hard to read, but that hasn't been a problem for us. Other users have complained that the dark interior makes it hard to see the food as it cooks, but again, that hasn't bothered us. We hope our microwave lasts forever -- it very well may, inasmuch as we bought the extended warranty this time!

The ventilation on this microwave is fantastic, the air is dispose on side and it heat up food in minutes... so far the product works very well, it's small and convenient to fit in small space.

Perfectly sized to fit into small spaces - loaded with extra features not commonly found in small to mid-size microwave ovens. Only one drawback - keypad hard to see when not in direct light.

Great little microwave. We're used to higher-end, bigger units, and this one seems to do just as good of a job as any other. Looks great, decent price, what else could you ask for!

This is a very nice looking microwave with good power. It is spacious and has good features. It's just a little loud.

We were looking for a small yet reasonably powerful microwave to fit into a particular cabinet space. This one does the trick! It is a relatively compact size yet operates powerfully. In some cases, it works more effectively than a large Advantium microwave. I have cooked vegetables (including corn on the cob), made soups, heated water, warmed up homemade but frozen soups and chilis and made frozen dinners - quite well. This little microwave fits well in a cupboard but would also work well as a small countertop microwave. I'd definitely purchase the same one again!

Great price. I really like the way it looks very sleek. I'm very happy with all the settings. It has a easy button where you can add 30 seconds at a time. Great feature!

Compact and powerful. Slightly loud, but does an excellent job! A bit dark inside, but that hides dirt I suppose.

Works well for a counter top microwave. Good clean looks and easy to operate. Dependable and affordable.

First off I love the style and size. It is big enough for my bacon rack, and pyrex dishes, yet small enough to fit nicely on the counter. The front is stainless steel, the sides are black, and the interior is a dark gray. I had certain criteria for this microwave; it must look nice and fit on the counter, be roomy enough for my dishes, and have an interior light. It meets all the conditions. I have tried many of the features on this oven. Love the defrost feature, It does not cook the food it actually defrosts very well. Love the energy saving feature as well, because you can shut off the inside light while you are letting the oven cool off. The easy on feature is 30 seconds plus, and it great for heating up something quickly. I saw where people were stating that it is noisy; I do not find it noisy. In fact my old over was much louder.

Well-made, stylish, quiet, high wattage in nicely compact package, great price. Only one complaint keeps it from 5 stars: the control pad is not lit. It is grey writing on a black background with no backlight at all. Must turn on overhead light in kitchen to see controls at night, or even on a cloudy day.

Need a new microwave and this one fit the bill. Good size. Lots of features and great price. A little noise but can live with it.

Our over the stove mounted microwave died and we decided not to replace it but to go with a counter top model. We have limited space so didn't want a large unit. This LG has proven to be a great buy. Right size, quiet operation, straight-forward controls and excellent performance. Combined with LG's high quality reputation this is a great choice.
