Size perfect, heats food quickly and fairly uniform. Time will tell if this is better than old. Easy to use and easy to clean.

I bought this microwave based on reviews after my old one fell apart within a year and a half. I like the look because it matches my fridge and its easy to clean but I needed it to survive use by two teenage boys. I've had it for about 2 months and so far so good. Only problem is it can be a bit noisy while heating. Other than that it has done a good job heating evenly.

This microwave is just the right size and easy to use. The silver and black look good with my other appliances.

Good basic microwave. Does what it is supposed to do. Size is not too big, not too small. I took away one star in the rating, because the microwave doesn't have a button that adds 1 minute. You have to manually punch in 1-0-0. Other than that heats food evenly and fast. Also, stainless steel is only on the front of door. The sides and back of microwave are black.

This microwave is the perfect size for our bar area. It's easy to clean, simple to use, and looks nice.

This is a good product. Has a strong heat output, so most of the time you save approximately 5 seconds per minute on food getting warm, making popcorn, or cooking anything you plan to cook. However, this thing is fairly loud (like most microwaves on the cheaper side). The ease of use is very good. I am happy with the product. Thankfully the noise doesn't phase me.

This microwave was purchased for a new basement family-room area, so it will probably not get constant, heavy use. The size is good for our needs. Styling is nice and construction seems solid. It has all the features we will probably ever need. We got it on a good sale for $85 so its price was very competitive. I appreciate the eco sensitive feature that turns off power during periods when not it use.

I have really enjoyed using this microwave. It heats food quickly and does the job. I also like the look inside and out. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was I wish the buttons lit up to help when trying to heat things up in the dark or lightly dim. Overall very happy and this is a great microwave.

The microwave heats food pretty well and fairly quickly. The auto defrost tends to cook food some instead of just defrosting it. Microwave makes a grinding/squealing noise sometimes, seems to be glass rotating. Looks nice, lots of functions. Burns popcorn easily if you don't pay attention.

We have had this microwave for about a month now, and no problems so far. It cooks evenly, has a sturdy construction and the beep is less annoying than on other microwaves. It can heat a small dish of food throughout in 30 seconds. It does not hurt your hand to open and close it as some others do. It does the work of larger microwaves without taking up so much space. It also does not have a strong plastic smell like others do. The person who helped us select it, Xylina, is a stellar salesperson, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and kind.

Bought this for my cabin, the price was right, easy to use, nice looking.

Slick looking, simple to operate, so far I am please with operation. Mind, I have not had this a year, but for the most part I have found these to operate for 5 years, sometimes more if not abused. I am giving a 4 star only because I have not had this a year as of yet.

The microwave's features are fine, it works well, and it looks attractive. I don't use the "eco" feature (turns off the clock) since that's the only clock in my kitchen and sometimes I look at it from across the room. I do use the "time & power programming" feature to cook rice (5 minutes on high + 40 minutes on medium power - set it once and walk away for 45 minutes!). My biggest complaint is that sometimes this microwave rattles. I can't tell if it's a loose or misaligned part - but when it happens it's mildly annoying and makes me question the build quality. But I use this microwave multiple times every day, without a hitch. Cleans pretty easily (and I don't clean out the microwave as often as I should...so things have the opportunity to bake on the wall a bit...)

I needed a smaller microwave and this one fit the bill. Pretty sleek and modern looking. I've always found it funny that each microwave has a different way of setting times and power intensities, and luckily this one is pretty intuitive. Would definitely buy again.

I've had good experience with LG products. They're well-made, reliable, and have a good reputation. I selected this particular countertop microwave because it was not overwhelmingly large but still had great power. The last microwave I had had about 100 more watts of power and I could have gone for it, but this LG was my choice instead and it still has plenty of power. It looks very nice and not quite as boxy as the last microwave; it appears more modern. It has performed excellently thus far. Combined with the great price, this is an outstanding value. I've already recommended it to other friends.

my microwave quit while I was trying to make something in it, so I went to best buy and without hours, the new stainless steel micro not only looks great with all of the rest of the appliances I have. it does everything quicker and with a great look at an affordable price.
