its noisier than our old microwave. The dark dial is hard to read. Not as intuitive as my old microwave. But it works fine.

The microwave quit after 10 months of use. Still within warranty period (1 year) and Best Buy was not responsible for that so they sent me to LG. I will NEVER buy another LG product as long as I live. After countless phone calls, emails, faxes, and hours of my life that I'll never get back.....I STILL am no closer to receiving a refund (been trying for 2 months). Worst customer service ever.

This is a great mid size microwave.. It's small enough to save some space on counter but big enough to accommodate most things (not a turkey!!). Love the look.

This microwave is pretty nice. It wobbles a little on my counter, but that might just be my counter and not the microwave. Powerful for the price.

Panel is not illuminated and is dark so very difficult to read buttons. Operates fine. Take a bit longer to heat compared to the 1250w previously owned.

My significant other picked this out on line and I picked it up at our local store, great idea and easy. The only complaint I'm going to mention is this: the keypad should've been illuminated (backlit) or at least more of a contrast of colors. It's very difficult to read in low light situations.

It's and easy to clean microwave, and it looks good with any type of kitchen. My only gripes about it is it's only 1000 watts of power instead of 1100.

I've had this microwave for a month now and it works great so far. The quick defrost option does what it says, defrosts quickly, perhaps a little too quickly and intensely. Otherwise a great product so far.
