    I purchased this LG microwave on the end month of March 2016 to replace my old one which was last about 10 years. Just last few days, Problem came out from the control panel. None of the key pad was working. I contacted LG for service & repair and I had no answer form them yet. I would not recommend to purchase of this product at all.

    This microwave cooks well. It's not noisy. The only thing I don't like about it is the control panel is insanely hard to see unless the lighting is very bright.

    Cooked a meal on high for 15 minutes. The top and sides of the microwave got HOT to the touch. I cannot read the touchpad without using a flashlight. Not a good choice of LGs to produce such a hard to read panel. Returned.

    It's a microwave. It does everything it is supposed to do. LG is an excellent brand for competitive pricing and excellent electronic equipment. Only a few minor cosmetic details keep me from giving a five star rating and those are just personal preferences.

    Just finished remodeling the kitchen, didn't want a over the range microwave but didn't want to cover up the new counters and backsplash. Matches our new stainless LG fridge and blends with the new Samsung range. Would have given it 5 stars if the wattage were a little higher
