No light on the push button display so it very hard to see

I am stuck with this now and wish I had chosen a different one. It doesn't seem to be level. The door opens and closes with difficulty. It takes longer to heat food. I would not recommend this one.

It broke after just 3 years. Big disappointment. LG!

Okay, no problems, works correctly, doesn't take up to much space

Microwave is basic and ok. This is for our summer home.

This is a great microwave. Its just the right size for a small to medium office. The footprint do not take up too much space. Heats food up quickly, and looks like a high end machine. It worked so well, I bought a second one for my other office.

Shopped thoroughly, thought this was the best for my needs, despite some reviews that made me pause. I should have paused. Points: Dim keypad. I thought this wouldn't bother me. It bothers me. Have to peer closely at it, medium grey on black background, no backlight. Dim interior light. Well, it's passable, but just. Other: dark grey interior color makes things just that much harder to distinguish, and it's depressing. Interior dimensions surprised me height wise. Just barely high enough for some of my frozen steam-in-the-bag veggies where you put them in standing up vs. laying down. Noise level is LOUD. Quality: door is loose. Good: door switch works easily. I like the dimensions. I think that's it. I'm returning it and will try the Panasonic.

I simply wanted a microwave that could fit the large 10" square plates, which measure 14" diagonally. I assumed I needed a microwave around 1.8 to 2.0 cu ft, but LG customer service directed me to this microwave. I purchased this microwave online, and to my dismay the plate didn't fit. The actual USABLE dimensions inside are 13x13 inches, something LG clearly should have known. I then spoke with "Jane," a 2nd LG chat support representative, about returning it, who told me to contact Bestbuy. I told her I would call them and she told me she would stay in the chat and for me to "take my time." I spoke with the gentleman at Bestbuy for about 10 minutes, which ended by him telling me a UPS driver would pick up the microwave. No problems there. Every few minutes I would tell "Jane" I was almost done. Once I hung up I explained to her what was happening and that I would need to find a new microwave. I asked her if she could direct me to a larger microwave. She proceeded to give me an attitude, telling me to "wait" and typing in caps because she had to wait for me. She seemed to barely be able to speak English. Jane: As much as i love to send you a new microwave but the reason for me to be able process it will not accept by the department handling this kind of case. Bill Edminson: what? Once I gave her my information she literally asked me if I was Filipino and even mocked me when I told her to be professional. Totally random, inappropriate, and unprofessional, especially after yelling at me for no reason. Jane: May i have the serial number now? -------------------------------------------------------------------- So yeah, completely bizzaire. I'm pretty much done with all LG products. And btw, the microwave sounds like a lawn mower, which "Jane" blamed on not properly seating the plate, even though the horrible vibration stops if I hold the top of the microwave. Hmm. I would be screwed with a microwave I couldn't use because I have no way to transport it to the store. Luckily, Best Buy is sending me a UPS driver to pick it up. Bestbuy has ridiculously fast delivery services and great CUSTOMER service. If you want a microwave from a brand who cares about their customers look elsewhere.

The second time we used it it went snap crackle pop and starter smoking. I returned it asap.

too small and not powerful for my need may be good for a single person not for family

Before purchasing this microwave we read reviews online and many said that the microwave was loud. We have had the microwave for almost a month now and we haven't noticed the sound one bit. The mircowave has easy to use functions and is very stylish in our kitchen.

The push button to open the door didn't work well so returned the item.

Good looking and compact at a very good price. Other reviews noted the noise level and they were understated. It is very loud. Tightening the case screws on the sides decreased some of the vibration noise, but this must have no insulation in it. I ignored the noise comments, but I shouldn't have.

Compared many models online and with Consumers list for ratings. There seem to be many models doing the same things but this one stood out for the ceramic interior and grill rack / pizza options. Has a "cheat Sheet" guide above door frame ( upon opening door ) to guide you to the correct settings for most foods. Pretty extensive choices and has a reminder beep if you have left the room and your food is done ! Only complaint so far is that the length of the electrical cord is a bit short for the position we need it on our corner counter. ( closest outlet is to the rear left of the unit and door of Microwave opens on the right. ) . If the cord was a bit longer we would not have to have it sit diagonally where its a bit hard to open and pull out a plate of food without fearing we might drop the plate to the floor since it currently only fits as the last appliance next to our Fridge. Recommend measuring your space and / or going to the nearest store to see if you might encounter a similar issue. Other than the cord length it is serving us well.

Bought this 2 months ago. Did a lot of research before purchasing. Not a lot of selection in med size countertop units. Previously had a 0.9 which was just a tad too small inside. This one fit the bill with a little more interior space, and similar exterior dimensions. Looks nice. Simple operation. Cooked well (popcorn, baked potatoes, reheating), although a bit uneven (plate of bacon). After 2 months it just abruptly stopped working. We have to do a bunch of paperwork and LG is going to refund the purchase price and we have to buy another LG. They don't make any others in this size, so we're going to try round 2. Hopefully better luck this time.

This microwave was extremely fast to cook anything! I never had to put it above 1:30 because it was so powerful

No BS little microwave with size and features of larger ones.

Wanted a smaller microwave but worried it wouldnt be powerful enough. This heats extremely quick in a short time. Good purchase.
