Inside bottom rusted out. Dish won't rotate automatically anymore due to the rust. It was a great microwave up until this point.

Died after one month. Too late to return to Best Buy so I called LG since their warranty is for 2 years.. Customer service is horrible. Rep sounded like he knew the model was defective from the way he sounded after I told him the model number .Still waiting on refund after over a month. Refund process is absolutely stupid. No communication among their own reps. One says they received refund letter another leaves me a voicemail saying he didn't. When LG sends you an email, you cannot reply back. You have to go through entire process of filing a complaint again or call them again. Horrible service! . Never buying LG appliances again

Very good performance so far. Defrost cycle is easy for pounds, but not for weights below one pound.

Received the microwave yesterday and tested it out. Saw a couple of reviews prior to purchasing that said it was noisy but the ratings overall seemed very good, so figured it wouldn't be an issue. It was so loud, we were laughing pretty hard over it. Returning it today, disappointed.

This item was returned on the next day because it wobbled from side to side. Seems that one of its nonadjustable legs is shorted than the other. checked a second unit at Best buy, that one also had the same wobble. Checked the larger LG 1.5 cubic feet model, that one also wobbled from side to side. Seems that our local Best Buy ended up with a bunch of factory rejects. Ended up with a Sharp 1.3 in black, but wife is not happy with that one.

Bought this microwave to replace a very outdated model. This was for my cabin so I didn't need a high end microwave. Just something reliable to reheat food. So far so good.

it got really loud, It worked great for the first few months, quiet, easy to use, accurate cooking time. Then out of nowhere it sounds really loud like it is going to blow up. Hope they take it back.

Main open button fell out. Will be 2 years since I purchased this microwave in August 2015. We are snowbirds for 6 months of the year so really on 12 months of use.

This microwave looks nice, but that's about it. It's underpowered and the turntable stopped working after a few months. Do not buy.

This does not feel like a strong stable unit. The door jiggles alittle when closed and that makes me wonder about the seal. The unit is not level and rocks around when opening and closing the door. I tried it for a few days and I found it very annoying. I called LG customer service who stated for them to replace it, I would have to go buy a second one and they would refund the money. I ended up bringing it back to Best Buy and customer service ordered me a new one and waived the shipping fees since they did not have another one in stock. Well guess what ?! This one is exactly the same!! I really don't want to drive all the way back to the store so I put a little felt foot under the corner that moved and it seems to be ok. I'll give it a day or two but I may have to make the trip and return it again. Very very disappointed in LG!!

Purchased this microwave just over 2 months ago. It worked great until it stopped working. And as it's past Best Buys return policy, need to work with the manufacturer...

The reviews were good and price was right for this microwave...however it stopped working just outside the warranty period (we're 4 months past the 1yr mark). Now I have to go find another one. This time around, I'm going to spend a bit more and make sure the warranty is a little longer.

The door is stainless steel. The body is black. I had to return the unit and purchase a different brand. Not happy about this.

Purchased this LG micro after reading good reviews on the BB website - took it home, set it up and while noisy it worked fine - until it reached the ripe old age of 11 months. Suddenly one day it stopped heating things up. It powers on, the carousel spins, etc, but when "finished" the food you put in is the same temperature that it was when you started. Called LG "customer service" and got a woman in God knows what country who walked me through resetting it, changing outlets, attempting to heat up a cup of water - nothing worked. So I was given a case number and told I'd hear back about receiving a refund. That was a month ago and still nothing. Done with LG after this awful experience.

I bought this microwave because of recommendations from friends who had no problems and really liked it. The one that I purchased had a warped base plate which prevents one of the legs from contacting the counter top. The microwave rocks back and forth enough while running to spill the coffee I tried heating. I contacted LG customer service which helped troubleshoot and confirm the issue. I was advised to return the unit to Best Buy. I exchanged the microwave oven and found that the second one had the same problem.. I returned it too and ended up buying a Sharp microwave which sits on the counter with out rocking.
