I was told by LG the magnetron went out, which is covered by their 10 year limited warranty. Unfortunately the labor charges are not included and they were more expensive that the microwave.

Died too soon
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Feb 2016 and it died Aug 6, 2016. Didn't last 6 months and it gets fairly light use. Warranty coverage is a hassle. Lot of paperwork involved and you have to buy another LG product for coverage. Still waiting to see if we get reimbursement. Then you have to find somewhere to dispose of.

Arrive Broken - box was not damaged, but no power

Wish they would have tested before shipping. Now we'll have to drive to the store, return it and wait a week or more for a new one to be shipped.
