The area where you program the microwave is so dark. You need a flashlight to use it. Also you cannot program the heat at any other than 100%. To lower it you must first program it at 100% then you can lower the rest of it at whatever lower % you want. I had to call them on that because it is not in the instruction booklet.

I've had this microwave for several months now, and it's been working for me just fine. It's pretty powerful, and I feel like it doesn't take a whole lot of time to heat up food as compared to my old microwave. I recommend this unit!

Great compact microwave. Looks good, nice finish inside that keeps it clean. Energy button that allows you to turn off the outside clock and inside light- which is a nice feature if you would like to leave the door open to air out any food odor or moisture.

It is a good microwave and I'm OK with it but it doesn't heat as fast as the one I had before and it was more expensive than the one I had before

Easy to use... very manageable. Liked the fact that it is energy efficient. Dropping its power consumption when it hasn't been used after 5 min.

We purchased this microwave to replace a larger unit when we moved. Had to take the first one back because it was making a loud, funny noise. Beat Buy switched out, no problem.

Great basic little microwave. It is small, but it has all the basic functions you need. It heats things very thoroughly and quickly. Surprised at how much hotter it is than my bigger GE.

After installed, I determined it was more than I needed in power and size. I gifted it to my neighbor whose microwave was broken. Best Buy rep found a replacement, a 0.9 Cu in. white and perfect for my needs and kitchen style.

This replaces one that we fried. It is easy to operate but a little noisy. It has a few more than the basic functions, which is convenient. It blends well with the stainless steel appliances and fits nicely on a shelf rather than on the counter. All-in-all, it does what it is supposed to do and does it well.

Adequate...noisy! print on CHOICES is too dark...on dark background. I would recommend if you can overlook those two problems.

So I bought this microwave for my mom for Christmas a couple months ago and she loves it works perfect! Got a good deal on it too at the time. Would defenitly recommend!

Love this microwave looks great and not bulky! Easy to operate and clean with the only concern is that buttons are not lit for night time use I usually have to use my phone light to see.

This microwave is much louder than our last one and it takes longer to reheat food. The lower cost and small size are the positives.

Needed to buy a smaller microwave since my original location was too small. Decided to go with this LG unit and it does a great job and the features are pretty good.

Used mostly for defrosting and reheating leftovers, this unit is easy to use and works well for these tasks. The only negative is that the keypad area is hard to see since the touchpad is on the glossy front surface of the microwave and is subject to glare. A light countertop intensifies the glare, but this will not be a problem if the microwave is installed at eye-level as opposed to standard countertop level.

It is the perfect size for space constraints on counters. It does the job if you are not planning on cooking big meals. There is enough space in the heating area for dinner plates & small to med casserole dishes.

I have gone thru many microwave ovens in the past few years. Also paid high dollar amounts for them. Decided to try this LG one. Chosen for wattage, size, color, and price. Hit a great sale on it. So far so good. No complaints.

Chose this because it was one of the few that would fit in the cubby above our countertop. Very quiet. Light comes on when door is opened, which the Panasonic models I was looking at do not. Plenty of power. Has timer and a 30 second quick start button, which I wanted. My only disappointment was that only the front is stainless steel. The top & sides are black metal. This is deceiving from the ad. Luckily, due to its Placement in my kitchen it's not a big deal.

Purchased based on reviews in a consumer magazine. Window fogged on first product purchased. Returned it and purchased another. The 2nd has worked fine for the month we've had it. Very good value for the price.

Takes up less counterspace than our previous model but is equally effective- stainless steel front matches our other appliances.
