Most microwaves will allow you to cook up to 6 minutes, simply by pressing the number 6. This one has an EZ-on button that adds 30 secs every time you push it, but it's definitely not a gem if you're looking for quick function buttons.

Just what I needed

It looks nice, it's easy to use and figure out, and it works fine. I did notice that the top and sides can get a little hot when I have something in it for 5 minutes or more. Not sure if that's an issue or not. So far so good.

Great microwave

Our old one was 33 years old and still working , but we wanted a smaller size to fit on the countertop. No problems so far. Negative..... Keypad writing is small, hard to see, and not backlit which it makes it very difficult to operate until you memorize it. All in all a good choice .
