My unit died, I ran to bestbuy and just took a chance and is perfect while also having an energy saving feature. Love it.

Purchased this model after reading reviews. Very happy with purchase! We use for reheating only so didn't need the features of a more expensive model. For about $100 on sale this is a great value. Looks much more expensive than other brands in this price range. Don't find it noisy as a few others had commented. Very pleased!

Purchased for my son, who relocated to another state. Always happy with LG products and this one is up to standards too.

This LG Microwave does everything it is supposed to. The turntable reverses itself automatically after each use which is a nice feature. The only drawback is that in indirect light on the keypad is hard to read.

I have a limited space so could not get a larger microwave. This model works well but I do wish it had express times where you could hit 1, 2, 3, etc and it would run for 1 minute etc. The information booklet is helpful which is great for quick reference.

Microwave works great. It cooks a lot faster then our old one did. Looks great and stays clean looking with finger smudges.

Good Quality with a clean modern look. Very smooth door opening and closing capability.

We were leery because of reports of noisiness, but we have had none. It makes just the normal level of "whrr" while operating. The inside is very easy to clean; the controls are pretty basic (no easy way to do things like melt butter) and work just fine. A good purchase, and a great deal since we got it on a good sale.

We purchased this as a second microwave for our house while our kitchen was being remodeled and it worked perfectly!

Love the microwave with one exception. It does not have a lighted control panel. When I consulted with LG, they admitted that not having one was a design flaw. I had to install a mini under cabinet light for easy reading of the black screen keypad controls.

Had for over a year and it still works great. Really like the darker interior
