    1st installer rude and disrespectful showed no ID and when I asked for his name, stated “ no name”. 2nd installer sent a message that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. When I called the 888 # I was told that he came and said there was no outlet, he lied he never visited. I called three times on 2 differ days to cancel the order and was told the order is in transit and couldn’t be cancelled. The 3rd call on the 3rd day was transferred and call dropped.

    The over the range oven is not a good heigh for a medium to short person. I would not recommend this oven to anyone who is not tall to very tall.

    This item never got delivered to me. Waited 6 weeks. When the delivery guy came, he had the wrong microwave. They didn't check the truck before leaving with the merchandise to be delivered.

    It's a Great Microwave

    So far, the microwave has microwaved, and it has microwaved well. It is low profile, which works great for my tiny kitchen space. The door opens and closes easily; it has hand grabs on the side and the bottom corner, so that is a nice feature. The light is excellent. The fan works great, better than I expected. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the fan is quite loud in the medium + settings. But that's not necessarily a bad thing, since you want your fan to fan, and fan well.

    I really love this microwave. It is shorter and deeper than my old microwave, which I worried about, but I couldn’t go taller without getting too close to my stove. The size is actually great… I never microwave tall things (with the exception of my coffee mug, which is tanker size!), but I do on occasion have a need to microwave rectangular casserole dishes. The latter have been too long to fit in any of my prior microwaves, but fit easily in this one and rotate completely. I also like the fact that I can program my notifications, and have set a gentle musical note, which I like much better than the typical loud dings of most microwaves. The one touch controls are my favorite, and if I want to I can control everything from my phone, which is convenient. The fan has mutiple settings and is far superior to the fans on any microwave I’ve owned. The light also has different brightness settings, which is nice. I would personally rather have warm white light, and this has cool lighting, but I’ll just get different bulbs at some point—no biggie. The only reason I am not giving this four stars is because it does not always heat evenly, so I sometimes have to add a few minutes to the end time. Here again, no biggie. I love this thing!
