It has a energy saver feature for clock to sleep. Perfectly melts or softens using the proper buttons. We can fit a large platter (presents a 18-20 lb. turkey) in the microwave without issue. The design was brilliant, concaving the inner walls to allow larger items. I just wish it talked in Korean, lol Why 4 stars? We don't all believe a 5 star rating, nothing is perfect. ;)

Poor chice

Set it up and then realized that the panel would need to be at eye level in order to see it due to the reflective surface and it's a countertop microwave. Read reviews after discovering issue and saw someone else had same problem...took it back immediately.

I bought an LG refrigerator, computer monitor, telephone and now the microwave. Everything is to my complete satisfaction. This microwave has many features that I like (such as the EZ button).

Huge interior and easy to clean. Control panel will not wear out like our other one that had plastic covered membrane switches.
