Easy to use. Very good for popcorn. Convenient for defrosting meat seafood. Potatoes come out perfect.

The display panel is difficult to see much of the time.

It's a good oven but not great. You can get better, but you can't pay more! I would not buy this again and almost returned it for the two reasons above... YOU CANNOT SEE THROUGH THE DOOR YOU CANNOT DISABLE THE BEEP

This is a great microwave with loads of functions and modes. The physical appearance is awesome with that mirrored door. My only gripe would have to be the door itself sounds very hollow and tinny when you close the door. Other than that its a great microwave, especially if you can get it on sale like I did for $100.

I replaced my last microwave with this one. I have been pleased with it so far. It's easy to use. It is a perfect size for on my counter.

A good microwave oven but the front is too dark to see what's cooking.

I like my microwave, but if I had to pick one feature that I would change, it would be to have a clearer window in the front door. When I am melting things, I would like to be able to see the progress without having to open the door to look

I purchased this microwave and it stopped working within 60 days we could not take it back to Best Buy we had to contact Lg they made the return process a long to do. We ended up buying another lg because we would get reimbursed now we have one operating microwave and one broke in the box.

Easy to use and clean. Not too big for counter, but holds most of what you need it for.

When my reliable old microwave finally stopped working,I was wondering what brand to buy. The LG was the perfect choice. I especially like two new settings I never knew existed,"Melt" and "Soften" . When a recipe calls for room temperature butter or cream cheese ,I have tried novel ways to accomplish this in a cool house...most often using a zip bag and a bowl of warm water. This new option is great. The melt cycle does just this also and doesn't boil the butter. Also ,the interior always looks clean.

I got this workhorse for our office. It is pretty quiet, which is great, and cooks food evenly. Great for popcorn.

Liked the microwave - good power, controls easy to use. It worked for about 1 year, then stopped suddenly. Good thing I had Geek Squad coverage. I replaced this unit with a different LG - high ratings, good features - I guess there is always a risk with electronics.

Slower cook than the bigger size, but it takes up less space.

Reviewing 2nd unit I've received due to the fact that the first unit lasted 3 days before it broke. Best buy was fantastic in exchanging the unit at the store . In and out in 10 minutes. Perhaps the 1st unit was a lemon, the 2nd one has lasted a month so far into its use. I'd also mention the keypad is a silver surface with white lettering on its surface and is difficult to read if your counter top is a light colored surface. It would be easier to read keypad / better suited on a dark colored countertop.
