I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice countertop model. Runs quite and has nice cooking sensors.

Never seen cheese Melt I under 10 seconds. We Love this microwave. It heats so quickly. We wish jag bought it sooner.

It does everything my old microwave did plus it is lighter in weight so easier to move and clean behind. The popcorn senses itself so no guessing and defrost is brillant.

I was looking for a replacement and tried every appliance store until I remembered my Best Buy carries appliances and was pleasantly surprised they had this very nice looking one and a good price and works great and quietly, I read other review from people complaining its dark inside and you can't see food cooking , well your not supposed to stand in front of it and watch your food ! And inside gray color is a great choice, love it and another reason to love my best buy!

This microwave was very easy to set up and is large enough for family use

Very simple to operate, but the wattage is not the best; 900 watts, so when you cook, and the cooking directions say two minutes, it usually takes an extra thirty to forty extra seconds to get it cooked correctly. But remember, you get what you pay for.

So far so good. We've had it out of the box for a few weeks. It had a weird odor for the first week or so, but it's gone now. And it does need to be wiped down every night. Otherwise it's pretty, and efficient.

Good value, easy to clean you can set to cook or heat food without it starting to run when you just press a number.

didn't need a new microwave, but this one is so easy to keep clean, why bother with the old one?

We have to put extra time on it for baked potatoes.

Our Panasconic microwave finally bit the dust. We decided on a little bit smaller one with a little more style. So far it is working as it is reported to do. Very satisfied so far. It looks great!

This was a disappointing purchase. I quickly came to realize that the pretty mirrored finish of this product was going to look terrible all the time as it is NOT fingerprint-resistant. Also, this product did NOT work properly when I brought it home & I had to call the manufacturer. They told me the sensor in the door was malfunctioning and they wanted to send me a replacement part, but I refused because after spending nearly $200 on a new microwave, it should work without me having to do anything but put in a cook time and press start. Anyway, I returned it to Best Buy and wound up buying a Whirlpool microwave that was a little cheaper and actually worked, right out of the box.

Perfect size for my apartment sized kitchen countertop! Many cooking options! Easy to maintain.

I purchased this product about a year and a half ago. I came with a one year warranty. It has had moderate use. It performed adequately although the numbers were not lighted which made it hard to see when entering the time. However, yesterday for no apparent reason it stopped heating entirely. The warranty is up and it becomes a big paperweight! My previous microwaves have had a much longer life span. I don't plan on buying another LG product!

Has all the features one needs. Looks good. Would even try cooking something fancy with this.
