Problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The main problem is with the QUICK SENSOR TOUCH CATEGORY. Keep getting an F-4 and no where in the manual or in the on line FAQ is there anything on what F-4 is. Waiting for LG to answer me back on what to do next. In the most Best Buy stores the lighting is very well to see the product your buying. After bringing the microwave home where lighting in not as bright and the touch pad is hard to see. Asked LG about this and was told to basically to use brighter lights to see the pad buttons. Guess I'll have to put in a couple of 100 watt light bulbs. Other than that the microwave works well.

Do NOT like its being black on the inside and out.

The words are gray and they are on a black background. But we were thankful it fit exactly where the old one was.
