Well at first I was excited for arrival but it came damaged. Second one came really fast and was good.

After the first week the heating power seamed to diminish. My wife and I felt like we were adding more time to reheat certain things. I like it more than my wife but for the cost it is a very manageable microwave and does the job well. The worst part of this microwave is the very poor visible touch panel. Even in light depending on were the light is coming from makes the panel hard to see.

I ended up return the microwave, due to the front looked like a mirror. It aesthetically did not fit my decor.

My mother in law loves this microwave and was so happy to get a new one. Definitely worth the money

I purchased this microwave in March, it stopped working in May -- only 2 months later. I have attempted several times to work with the company, but they have "conveniently" lost my claim several times, despite their promise for reimbursement since I have provided the proof of purchase. It was also difficult to see the numbers due to the mirror-like black finish.

Shockingly, you cannot see into the microwave, as it has a mirrored door. To me, this is unacceptable since all of us who use it like to watch things like soup and oatmeal as they are cooking to make sure they don't overflow! We had to return it for another one with a windowed door.

Its has great space, cooks well. Its white and easy to clean. Also has a mirrored front. the price is soso but it gets the job done.

Alot of power for a little microwave. We use it in the breakroom and it is running perfectly

Salesman was very helpful as microwaves were about to go on sale when we went shopping. No pressure, very impressed with the people who helped us - and very satisfied with the new microwave. Still getting used to it.

this is a great sized machine. the last one i bought here was HUGE but this one delivers the power without being massive. looks cool, too, with the reflective front, but the key pad is a little hard to see at times.

Great for reheating, has enough power for quick thawing, boils water for coffee in seconds

purchased micro without reading reviews completely,i was dissapointed to find out when door is opened there was no light(just when cooking) returned to Best Buy.It might not be a big deal for some but when your use to a light when opening the door you will miss it.LG is a good product but I can"t believe they skimped on this unit.

The microwave is a replacement for the one I had an I am pleased with the overall specs of the unit. It was actually smaller than the one I had and the auto-cook feature has been a big help and I use it a lot.

This microwave is a very nice replacement/upgrade for my old one. It is abit bigger, which is nice, and its very quiet when operating. When the time comes, I will look at this brand/model again.

THIS WHITE MICROWAVE HAS A MIRROR LIKE FINISH IN THE FRONT. IT IS NOT ONLY A GOOD MICROWAVE, IT IS ALSO BEAUTIFUL. WE LOVE IT AND USE IT EVERY DAY.ALSO IT CLEANS UP BEAUTIFULLY AND VERY QUICKLY. GOOD PURCHASE.

We are very pleased overall. The only thing we miss are the express minute buttons that our GE had.

Great product, but too noisy. Very easy to operate.

Liked this product initially, while it worked. It lasted all of 14 months of daily, minimal use. By comparison, the microwave we had before this one lasted close to 10 years with similar, if not more, usage. BOO!

Ihave no problem with the Quality of this product so far.

We purchased this for our son as a house warming gift. He loves it and enjoys its capacity. He has two children and this works well for their quick snacks or warming up leftovers. It was a great buy.
